Unlike isolated reflex exercises, SensiBallVR embeds every drill inside a flowing football scenario. A midfielder under pressure reads two incoming opponents and a free teammate. A winger must decide pass or shoot within a 400 ms window. The brain learns to operate at match speed — because it trains at match speed.
